When you submit the form at Get Covered, we collect:
Our plan-comparison tool asks for ZIP code / county, ages of the people being covered, household yearly income, and tobacco use. Income is used for one purpose only: estimating the premium tax credit (subsidy) you may qualify for. If — and only if — you choose to fill in the optional contact fields and check the consent box, we also collect your name, phone, and email so a licensed agent can follow up.
When you submit a form we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the page you submitted from. We keep this specifically as the record of the consent you gave, which federal telemarketing rules require us to be able to produce.
When you check the consent box and submit the form, you give Covered By Greco and its licensed agents your prior express written consent to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice message, and text message — about health coverage.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help.
You can revoke this consent at any time and by any reasonable means: reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or email coveredbygreco@gmail.com with the phone number to remove. We honor revocations promptly and add the number to our internal do-not-call list. Revoking consent does not affect coverage you already have or an application already in progress — we will still contact you about that as your broker of record.
We keep a record of each consent — the exact wording shown to you, the checkbox result, the timestamp, the IP address, and the page — for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with lead buyers, lead aggregators, co-registration partners, or unaffiliated marketers. Ever. The information you give us is used to help you get coverage, by the broker you gave it to.
We share information only in these situations:

Form submissions travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection and are stored in access-restricted systems operated for Covered by Greco LLC, plus emailed to Emanuel so a real person actually sees them. Access is limited to Emanuel Greco. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we don't collect sensitive identifiers through this site precisely to keep that exposure small.
We keep lead and client information for as long as we're working with you, and afterward for as long as insurance record-keeping and consent-documentation rules require us to. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or strip it of anything identifying. If you never become a client and ask us to delete your information, we will — subject to any records we're legally required to retain.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or targeted-advertising use of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you can still exercise access, correction, and deletion rights at the contacts above, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.
This site is meant for adults shopping for coverage and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13. A parent or guardian may include a dependent child's age when requesting a household quote; that information is provided by the adult, is used only to price the household, and is never used to market to a child.
If we change this policy we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we use information you already gave us will be communicated directly where required.
